Undefeated cruiserweight Comnstantin Bejenaru takes on his toughest test as a pro next Saturday night when he faces South Africa's Thabiso Mchunu in Uncasville, CT. Bejenaru, currently 12-0 (3), was born in Moldova but fights out of Brooklyn, NY and will be making his first trip through the ropes in over a year. Bejenaru is thirty-three years old and the long layoff is unlikely to do him any favors against the speedy and clever, 29 year old Mchunu, who is coming off a 12 round unanimous decision win over Johnny Muller in June. Bejenaru currently holds the WBC Continental Americas and WBC International Cruiserweight Titles and the bout against will Mchunu is a title defense scheduled for 10 rounds of action.

**Just added--Undefeated Super Lightweight Daniel Gonzalez will be returning to the site of his last bout, a six round UD over Samuel Amoaka in May, when he challenges Framingham, MA's Danny O'Connor for the vacant WBC International Silver Super Lightweight belt in a ten rounder.

Also on the card is top ranked female middleweight Kali Reis of Providence, RI, fights in the co-main event against Tiffany Woodard of Wilson, NC. Reis will be fighting for the third time in twenty-seventeen, and hopes to make it 3-0 since a 10 round UD loss to WBC & WBO Middleweight Champion Christina Hammer just over one year ago. Reis versus Woodard is scheduled for six 2-minute rounds.

On the undercard, undefeated East Hartford, CT, junior welterweight Anthony Laureano when he takes on John Hernandez of Huntington, NY in a six round bout. Laureano will be returning to Mohegan Sun where he won his fourth pro-fight, a six round UD over Sidney Maccow.
